⭐ Trip Cancellation or Modification Policy ⭐

🔺 Cancellations or modifications made more than 24 hours before the trip date are 100% refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
Exception: For luxury or private trips, cancellations may require between 3 to 14 days’ notice, depending on the type of boat.

🔺 Rain is not a valid reason for trip cancellations in Southern Thailand. Trips are only canceled in cases of flooding or if wind speed exceeds 25 knots, and only if officially announced by Thai authorities.

🔺 Rescheduling a trip to another date after 6:00 PM on the day before the trip will incur a transportation fee, the amount of which is determined by the operator.
Exception: For luxury or private trips, rescheduling may require between 3 to 14 days’ notice, depending on the type of boat.

🔺 Once a trip is rescheduled, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.

🔺 In case of illness (God forbid), a certified medical report from an official Thai hospital must be provided to receive a refund, in accordance with Thai tourism regulations.
